Having given the fuck up on trying to record, edit and upload from my ipad.. I resort to shooting on my lowly Wildfire S ..... some jiggery pokery with dropbox and some quick editing on my imac... and ... ta da.... the greatest video that demonstrates why lighting is so damn important....

January 1st. Almost. Welcome 2013.

Having played a bit on the day off that was January 1st with an app called bamboo paper and my stylus, I decided that I'd include my doodles for your derision onto the blog. 

Its the first of the year and we all know what this means. It means that we all make promises like eating healthily and going to the gym and going out more, or less, knowing full well that by the end of the min one promises to ourselves will be as forgotten as fairy dust.

 My part of this self deprecation is to pledge that I will upload some content daily. Now having cheated and uploaded this content on January 2nd, I have already to amend that rule to being 'create' content daily. The uploading thing may be a little behind. Well it could hardly be ahead now could it ?

After the mixed bag of shitness and chaos that was 2012, I have committed to daring not just to dream a better 2013, but also making it happen. Someone that not only dreams but takes action bring to life those dreams is a very dangerous thing indeed.

It was also upon looking back, as I wrote out with my stylus (playing with either the moleskin or bamboo apps)  that I realised that actually, although the year got off to a pretty shitty start, there was plenty to it that I should be proud of. When I'm at home later I may upload and post those elements, but I think they will be easier to edit and shape and upload from my iMac than the ipad. 

If you're feeling that 2012 was a really crappy year for you, then take a moment to list the awesomeness of your year. You may well be surprised. I've just given myself an idea for a video. .
